Base test Adopt(again)

A new base?!?! oh gosh!!! Anyway, since this is a base test, I thought I'd make an adopt out of it~ I know its kinda horrid but I'm not going to use this base as much, I don't think. . . The girl is totally random but basicaly what I'm thinking for this adopt is give me a pallet and I'll color her for you. ((in the pallet, please include what to be colored and such. ex. Hair:16 or black or whatever~ blah blah))
